  • How to Make a Reservations with ThaiTourismGuide?

    Register as a member and make a reservation If you are already a member, please log in to your account when making a reservation. If you are not yet a member, please register as a new member via Create account and then proceed with the reservation.

  • How to make a payment?

    The payment can be processed with Debit Card, Credit Card Payments we accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Unionpay and Paypal. If you do not have Credit card or Paypal please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

  • How do I know if my booking has been confirmed? I have not received the confirmation email

    Once you have completed the booking process, our system will provide you with a reservation number. A confirmation email will also be sent to the address provided during the booking process. We do usually confirm bookings within 48 hours and in most cases immediately. Occasionally if we encounter technical difficulties or we receive a special assistance request it may take longer.   • How can i get my voucher?

    Once your booking and your payment has been completed we will email you a voucher. The Confirmation voucher can be printed and present to the tour operator. Please do follow the instructions provided in the voucher. Tour Operator information, local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Voucher.   • What if i have to change or cancel my trip?

    We understand things happen with unexpected sometimes and you have to cancel or change your tour

    • Requests made after the Customer Service closes will be handled as requests made the following business day.
    • At least 7 days prior the travel date Cancellation fee appiles and Refund 80% of trip price.
    • At least 5 days prior the travel date Cancellation fee appiles and Refund 50% of trip price
    • At least 48 hours prior the travel date Cancellation fee applies and Refund 30% of trip price
    • Cancellations received on or after the travel date will not be eligible for a refund (NO REFUND)
    • All refund requests must be made by the organization’s primary contact or credit card holder.
    • Refund requests must include the name of the organization, card holder,or transaction number.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
    • Special price are non-refundable. Should you change or cancel the reservation for any reason, your payment will not be refunded.

    Cancellation without cancellation fee:

      • Changing the date of travel
      • Changing the name of the guest

    Note:

      • 1.Until the travel date an additional fee may apply for changes
      • 2.Some packages allow certain items to be changed after booking and some are non-refundable.

  • How about the refund?

    • The refunding process will differ depending on the date of your reservation or the date when you changed or cancelled your reservation.
    • We will refund your money in one of the following two ways:
    • We will charge you the full amount, and at a later date, issue a refund to your credit card after deduction of the cancellation charge (if incurred).
    • We will charge you the adjusted amount after deduction of the cancellation charge.
    • The refund will be processed by the customer’s credit card company. Depending on the credit card data settlement period, the refunding procedure may take from 1 to 2 months. For Visa or MasterCard debit cards, the payment will be settled immediately after the booking has been made. For more information regarding the refunding process for debit card users, please inquire with the card issuer.
