Day 1 Bangkok - Luang Prabang Be ready at Suvarnabhumi Bangkok International Airport 4th flr Gate 3 Island F Bangkok Airways. To depart to Luang Prabang by Bangkok Airways flight PG 941 (or) PG 945. Approximately flight time is 1 hour 40 minutes. Arrival Luang Prabang Airport, you will be met by your Tour Guide and transferred to have lunch at local restaurant. After lunch transfer to the hotel (Check in Hotel) Visit Wat Visounnarath you will see That Mak Mo and Lao Manuscript on stone. Due to its content, it was written in 532 of Burmese, 1713 of Lunar and 1170 of international calendars. After that visit Wat Xing Thong, the temple of the Royal City, It was built in the year of 1559-1560 by King Sayasethathirat of Lane Xang Kingdom in the middle of the 16th century before he moved the capital city from Luang Prabang to Vientiane. Then visit Phousi Stupa, just in front of the Museum stand on the top of the ?Marvellous Mountain? (Phousi) the Chomsi Stupa built in 1804. Climb up the 328 zigzag stairs that creep through the Dok Champa Lao flowers (the national flower) up the hill slope from the top you will see a complete panoramic view of the city. After that dinner at local restaurant. After dinner shopping Night Market on Sisavangvong Road.
Day 2 Luang Prabang
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, transfer to Pak ou by boat visit Thing Cave, the caves is located 25 km. from Luang Prabang. Thing Cave is a well known Buddhist site and a place of pilgrimage, having thousands of statues and statuettes, in the traditional Luang Prabang style. Then visit Ban Xang Hai, a village noted for its earthenware, purple-red or purple-white whisky and an archaeological site. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon. Visit the weaving village of Ban Phanom, an interesting Tai Lue village. Ban Phanom is hand-woven silk and cotton shawls, wall hangings, table runners and blankets can be purchased from the Weavers? Co-operative in Ban Phanom. Then visit Tad Khuang Sy Waterfall is located in the south of the Luang Prabang about 32 km. The waterfall is formed by a stream falling into about 80 meters of limestone cliffs creating a cool mist throughout the area below. Tad Khuang Sy Waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Laos. After that dinner at local restaurant. After dinner transfer back to hotel.
| Day 3 Luang Prabang
| Experiencing with Luang Prabang morning life, where local people normally wake up early to offering a hand to monks (or food and sticky rice), then visit Morning Market (Talat Sao). You can rest for a while at the Pracha Niyom (Lao coffee). Then back to the hotel to have breakfast at Hotel / After breakfast Check out hotel. Then visit Royal Palace Museum, built in 1904. See the golden Buddha name Phra Bang, image that is revered among the Lao people. After that visit Wat Mai Suvannaphomaram, built in 1821. And visit Phothisack silver jewellery and detailed ornamental and see silversmith made in the workshop behind. Phothisack Shop settle down at the Ban Xieng Mouane. | Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch transfer to Luang Prabang Airport preparing to depart back to Bangkok by Bangkok Airways flight PG 942 (or) PG 946. |
